Covered: The Fray do Kanye’s Heartless

The Fray put their acoustic groove on Heartless, one of our favorite tracks from Kanye West’s “808s and Heartbreak.” It’s fun, The Fray make the track their own and it sounds like it couldv’e been theirs from the start. It doesn’t top the original, but its cool.

yay for the fray
y’all have been posting some good ones lately.
give yourselves a pat on the back.
y’all must not like my suggestions, though, because you have yet to post any of them hahaha.
very nice. i had no idea the fray would go near a kanye west song but this is great surprise.
I like the Fray’s cover a lot…and I HATE Kanye’s new album, so that says a lot!
But you guys need to get over Kanye. Face it, his newest CD (musically, not commercially) sucks, and he’s a pretty big douchebag
“Put this in the magazine: There’s nothing more to be said about music. I’m the fucking end-all, be-all of music. I know what I’m doing. I did 808s in three weeks. I got it. It’s on cruise control. . . . Man, we talked about music for God knows how long! Now let’s talk about how my fucking sweater didn’t come back right from Korea. That’s what’s interesting me.”
case and point….
we’ve never said he’s not a dbag, he is majorly so. but just because he’s conceited and full of shit doesn’t mean he can’t make good music, we won’t defend “808s and heartbreak” for the millionth time, but it is impeccably produced
