If you haven’t heard of this girl yet, you will soon. Phili born Amanda Blank has been all over the place lately: she’s friends with M.I.A., has been on the road with Santigold, and her debut album, “I Love You” is produced by Spank Rock, Diplo, and XXChange. Check out her first single Might Like You Better below: it’s a fierce, nasty, bangin electrojam about, well, sex! As a bonus, check out her collabo with Spank Rock from his 2006 album “YoYoYoYoYoYo” and her collabo with upcoming rapper June on Sexy M.F.
Her debut album “I Love You” is due out July 14th.

I saw her last night in concert with Santogold…her beats WERE sick, but of course when you have Spank Rock, Diplo, etc. behind you, the production will be dope. However, as a live artist, she was so…not good. She was like Peaches meets Katie Perry, in a bad way, b/c I do love Peaches. Something about A.Black’s style didn’t translate..basically, Santogold should just make A. Black her hypewoman.
Santogold was AMAZING by the way.
