More good music from our friends over at Neon Gold. Born in Belgium and raised down under, Gotye (his real name is Wouter De Backer…we’re honestly not sure which is more accessible) has been making music for a while in places other than the US. He’s finally seeing a US release, with Learnalilgivinanlovin‘ as his debut single. The track, off his ’06 album “Like Drawing Blood,” has got his fantastic Motown throwback feel to it (we smell a Mark Ronson remix!) and is a funkified, feel good number. Heart’s A Mess, on the other hand, is a creaking, somber affair (think Mad World + Guillemots). Grab ‘em below!
