Repping South Carolina, Toro Y Moi (real name: chaz bundick) is spinning out new fuzzy, lo-fi tunez, sunny & somewhat retro in their danceability - comparisons to Animal Collective and/or Panda Bear aren’t off at all, and these days that’s quite enough to generate some pretty good buzz. Blessa is am absolutely killer track: ethereal and almost sleepy, it floats around the room not unlike a record on a gramophone.
