eliza doolittle is a lovely UK lass who’s poised to make a bit of splash in 2010. she’s beautiful, for one, as is her voice, ticklish like her contemporary soulful UK songstresses lily allen, corinne bailey rae, & kate nash. you can pick up her debut four-track EP in the UK now on itunes, and all four songs are incredibly solid – they’re all potential singles really, but below you can check out her debut single rollerblades, an absolutely lovely put-your-records-on-esque ditty about skating on. who knows when she’s coming to the states but it’s not worth waiting! catch ms. doolittle at her myspace HERE!
