sally: la casa azul
we know next to nothing about these guys except a) they’re from spain & b) they rock. la casa azul has also apparently been around for a few years now (their debut album dropped back in 2000), but we just stumbled across them the other day & they’re sound is completely legit: they’re like ABBA + the beach boys + the shangri-las, i.e. amazing, & also spanish. check out a few of their tunes below, but if we have anything to do w/ it, these won’t be the last you hear from la casa azul!! via

La casa azul is great! i love them!!! and there is something really funny about them, they aren’t a real group, it’s just a guy called Guille Milkyway. The 5 guys in the picture are just virtual band members, Milkyway does it all.
